Benefits ManagerLondon (Hybrid working)3-month contract£445 per day (Inside)ARM have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Benefits Manager to join one of our clients in London on an initial 3-month basis.If you have strong benefits experience within a business that has recently gone through a merger with systems integration, this is the ideal role for you.Responsibilities:* Manage all vendors.* Help growing an internal junior benefits administration incumbent into potential manager level.* Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.* Handle benefits enrolment, eligibility verification, and claims processing.* Help manage employee inquiries regarding benefits packages and provide assistance as needed.* Assist with budgeting and forecasting for benefits expenses.Requirements:* Benefits experience within a business that has recently gone through a merger with systems integration.* Strong Vendor management experience.* Expérience of PMI, Pension, Group Inc.
