Location: Brentwood (with two days work from home)
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Manager to join our client's dynamic team in Brentwood. The successful applicant will report directly to the Tax Director and will have the flexibility to work from home two days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, providing comprehensive tax advisory and compliance services.
- Prepare and review complex tax returns and computations.
- Advise clients on tax planning and strategies to optimize their tax position.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and regulations.
- Supervise and mentor junior tax staff, ensuring high standards of work.
Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified or equivalent.
- Extensive experience in tax within an accountancy practice.
- Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in tax software.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
