Duty Manager

Location: Upminster, Essex

Salary: £12.56 - £13.33 per hour

Hours: 48/60 hours a week (Must be available to work days/nights/weekends)

Our client offers a wide range of private security services nationwide, but predominantly throughout Essex, London, Kent, Surrey, Hertfordshire and all major UK cities.

Their services include schools, industrial estates, construction sites and concierge duties in residential and government buildings.

The Role

You will:

  • Operate the workforce management system “Logosoft”
  • Complete incident reports/statements as required
  • Organise rotas and shift reconciliation
  • Take information of alarm activations and provide the information onto a mobile driver who must attend the site
  • Liaise with clients
  • Perform regular Health and Safety check calls
  • Printing and checking invoicing, etc

Due to the role, the company are unable to offer annual leave in December/first week of January and Bank Holidays without special authorisation.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Must hold a valid SIA License
  • Must have a driving license and mode of transport due to office location
  • Experience within the role (Desirable)
