We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Teacher of Biology to join our secondary schools in Brentwood. The successful Teacher of Biology will be responsible for delivering high-quality Biology lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, inspiring students to develop a passion for the subject. As a Teacher of Biology, you will be expected to plan, mark, and assess students' progress while maintaining a dynamic and inclusive classroom environment.

The ideal candidate for this Teacher of Biology position will be committed to fostering curiosity and critical thinking in the classroom. You will be working with students of various abilities, helping them to reach their full potential, and supporting the wider science department in delivering an engaging and comprehensive curriculum.

As a Teacher of Biology, your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and delivering lessons in line with the national curriculum for Biology.
  • Creating engaging, practical, and innovative lessons to captivate students.
  • Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback.
  • Working collaboratively with other teachers to ensure the highest standards of teaching.
