The company
Our client is a leading provider of bespoke telecoms, mobile, and internet solutions tailored to businesses of all sizes. Based in Brentwood, they pride their self on delivering high-quality solutions to clients across multiple industries. As a Project Administrator you will be at the forefront of coordinating various projects that drive the business forward. Your role will involve coordinating projects from inception to completion, liaising with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring seamless communication and delivery.
Duties
- Prepare quotes for upgrades and additional works on Xero and company CRM systems, showcasing your expertise.
- Set up projects and tasks on our project management software ensuring all information has been inputted correctly.
- Order the necessary software, hardware, and services to keep our projects running smoothly.
- Manage projects from start to finish, coordinating with our Engineering department, contractors, suppliers, and customers to ensure seamless execution.
- Check deliveries to ensure everything arrives as expected and on time.
- Create detailed engineer worksheets to guide our team through each project.
- Communicate effectively with customers and third-party suppliers to keep everyone on the same page.
- Keep the engineers' diary updated, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
- Handover completed projects to Accounts for invoicing, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Ensure the smooth running of the office including ordering stock and supplies.
