Administrative Assistant

(6-month contract role)Location: Brentwood, EssexSalary: £25,000-25,500

As an Administrative Assistant you will play a crucial role in ensuring residents receive top-notch service. This position involves a blend of customer-facing interactions and office-based administrative tasks. You will support the management team in various capacities, contributing to the smooth operation of the organisation.

The ideal candidate will be/have:

  • A driving licence and own transport.

Key responsibilities:

  • Handle phone calls, conduct scheme inspections, interviews, and manage letter and email communications with residents.
  • Perform a wide range of office tasks including filing, typing, ordering, and maintaining property records.
  • Carry out daily banking, maintain gas safety records, manage office supplies, and handle incoming and outgoing post.
  • Conduct cash and cheque banking and other financial duties as required.
