Are you a Product Design Engineer from a packaging background, looking to work for a growing company, in a new position that you can truly develop yourself in all aspects of R&D, focused on developing and expanding the existing product range?

Do you want to join a company that, due to recent acquisitions, is expanding its design team, giving you the opportunity to develop into a senior role where you work closely with Directors and be supported to become a leader?

On offer is the opportunity to work in a brand-new role where you will be involved with research and development, liaising with clients and following the end-to-end product design process. This role will develop with the business with the opportunity to progress into a more senior role, leading the design team.

This company produces a variety of products within the food packaging industry, supplying all major supermarkets across the UK. Due to recent investments, the opportunity has arisen to put your stamp on the role by helping to expand the design team, making this an exciting time to get on board.

This role would suit a Product Design Engineer, with a background in packaging, looking to establish themselves within a growing company.

The Role

Research and design new products and applications
Liaise with clients and consult on designs
Work alongside the product designer
Create 3D designs
Monday to Friday - 8am to 4pm, with hybrid available
