We are seeking a proactive Junior Recruitment Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone with some experience in recruitment, particularly in conducting interviews. The position involves working on-site during standard office hours and offers a great opportunity to develop further in the recruitment field, including the chance to work with the Learning and Development team.
Day-to-day of the role:- Assist in the coordination and scheduling of interviews.
- Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate records.
- Participate in interviewing and screening candidates.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.
- Assist in organising and attending job fairs and recruitment events.
- Handle confidential applicant information with discretion.
- Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to enhance recruitment strategies and processes.
- Some experience in recruitment, ideally with interviewing experience.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with recruitment software.
- High level of professionalism and ability to handle sensitive information.
