We are seeking a proactive Junior Recruitment Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone with some experience in recruitment, particularly in conducting interviews. The position involves working on-site during standard office hours and offers a great opportunity to develop further in the recruitment field, including the chance to work with the Learning and Development team.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Assist in the coordination and scheduling of interviews.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate records.
  • Participate in interviewing and screening candidates.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.
  • Assist in organising and attending job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Handle confidential applicant information with discretion.
  • Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to enhance recruitment strategies and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Some experience in recruitment, ideally with interviewing experience.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with recruitment software.
  • High level of professionalism and ability to handle sensitive information.
