Our client is THE leading UK based manufacturer and supplier of building products into the construction industry. An extremely successful group that has grown organically to serve the trade, retail and new build housing sectors across the UK. They are currently going through another period of growth and are looking to add a National Sales Manager to drive their business forward.
What’s in it for you?
- Working hours of 8am-5pm Monday- Thursday, early finish on a Friday.
- Starting salary of between £50,000- £55,000 plus a company car/ car allowance.

Opportunity:
- You will be out on the road every day across the UK, visiting customers to drive growth
- Creating and implementing strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives
- Building strong relationships with key accounts, partners, and stakeholders
- Analysing market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
- Liaising effectively with current and new customers, building strong relationships and partnerships.
- Ensure all quotations sent by the team are followed up with.
Personal Profile:
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role (preferably national level)
- Strong track record of hitting ambitious sales targets
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven approach
- Willingness to travel across the UK as needed
