Payroll Administrator

We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Administrator for a 12-month fixed-term contract, starting as soon as possible!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the HR and Payroll team to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
  • Process HR and Payroll data using our HR Cloud system, including managing starter/leaver information and data changes.
  • Assist in building and producing comprehensive HR and Payroll reports.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for payroll-related queries, delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Participate in month-end and year-end procedures while ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Support the maintenance and improvement of HR and Payroll systems and assist in audit processes.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance payroll processing efficiency and service quality.
  • Maintain the highest levels of confidentiality and integrity in all payroll operations.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver quality payroll services.

What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of 2 years of payroll experience, preferably in a customer-focused environment.
  • A solid understanding of HR and Payroll legislation.
  • Strong MS Office and Excel skills.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and a desire to contribute to best practices.

Location: West Midlands and the working pattern is 3 days office based / 2 days working from home.

Ideally you need to be a driver due to the location.
