Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and innovative Physiotherapist who is driven to implement change and support service development, while expanding their own and others' knowledge and skills across the service. A flexible approach is essential, along with excellent team working, organisational, and time management skills.

Maintain accurate, confidential, and comprehensive patient treatment records in line with CSP and HCPC standards, and Trust documentation policies.

Actively participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and integrate physiotherapy into the overall treatment plan.

Contribute to patient care discussions, progress reviews, and discharge planning.

Be an active member of the respiratory on-call evening and weekend service after necessary training and competency achievement.

Assess and treat acutely ill patients with respiratory issues during out-of-hours services.

Provide clinical feedback to the wider multidisciplinary team.

Ensure your practice meets required professional competency standards.
Requirements:

HCPC registration
-
Evidence of continued professional development
-
Previous community experience
-
Experience working within a multidisciplinary team (MDT)

Completed at least one rotation covering Acute Medical Wards

Strong assessment and treatment skills across a range of clinical settings

Understanding of clinical governance and audit processes
