Job Purpose

As a Tax Manager, you’ll take a leadership role in delivering exceptional client service and supporting team development. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a diverse portfolio of clients, including individuals, owner-managed businesses, and corporate entities
  • Overseeing tax compliance processes to ensure accuracy and adherence to deadlines
  • Providing strategic advice on tax planning to maximise client benefits
  • Leading on complex tax advisory projects, such as inheritance tax planning, capital gains tax, and restructuring
  • Building and maintaining trusted client relationships, acting as a key advisor
  • Mentoring and supporting junior team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Identifying opportunities to grow client services and contributing to business development initiatives

  • ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified with significant experience in tax compliance and advisory services
  • Proven ability to manage a portfolio of clients across a range of sectors
  • Strong technical knowledge of tax legislation and planning opportunities
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a client-centric approach
  • Experience leading and mentoring a team to achieve high performance
  • Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple deadlines
