Job Opportunity: Finance Assistant

Location: Bristol (covering Avonmouth and Bridgwater)

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly finance reports and customer invoices.

  • Process journals, cross charges, and period-end reconciliations.
  • Develop strong internal stakeholder relationships.
  • Report and monitor KPI’s and non-financial information.
  • Assist with balance sheet preparation and reconciliations.
  • Complete payroll and operational reconciliations.

CandidateProfile

  • Studying towards AAT/CIMA/ACCA qualification.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with finance software or ERP packages.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexible and responsive to requests.
  • Excellent IT skills.
