An opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Installation Supervisor to take charge of managing and supervising mechanical services installations on-site, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, supervise, and oversee all aspects of mechanical subcontract installation packages.
  • Manage commercial/industrial pipework installations and associated components.
  • Interpret project requirements and relay instructions to site teams, maintaining communication with management.
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to engineers, ensuring safe working methods are followed.
  • Collaborate with contractors, sub-contractors, and suppliers to resolve site issues effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, commission and test systems, and monitor project progress.
  • Adhere to Health & Safety policies and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation.

What’s Required:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Heating and Ventilation (Commercial/Industrial) or equivalent.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • A valid CSCS card.

The successful candidate will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check prior to starting.

Hours and Benefits:This is a full-time, permanent position with a 37.5-hour workweek (Monday to Friday), with potential overtime during busy periods.
