Job OverviewI am seeking an organised, versatile individual to join my Brierley Hill based client. This role will work within their Property Management team, and will be responsible for the administrative tasks required to ensure tenants and clients' needs are met.

Dutieswithin this role will include:

  • Managing tenant communications, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Performing data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records of tenant information and property details.
  • Creating lease documentation and EPCs
  • Coordinating maintenance requests and ensuring timely follow-up with service providers.
  • Supporting the preparation of reports related to occupancy rates, lease expirations, and other key metrics.
  • Maintaining an organised filing system for all property-related documents and correspondence.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within property management or a related field.
  • Proficiency in office software applications; familiarity with Excel is advantageous
  • Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
