Customer Account Manager

Confident, professional Customer Account Manager immediately required to work on an initial temporary contract dealing with an international customer

Duties are to include

• Communicate with client on a daily basis, handle questions/queries both verbally and in writing
• Taking and processing orders
• Processing immediate stock orders, liaising with warehouse, booking couriers for same day collection
• Data analysis, working off spreadsheets
• Keeping up to day on stock levels
• Working with refund/reject paperwork
• Working on customer orderbook, chasing suppliers, making all parties aware of late deliveries or stock received
• Reporting directly to the Key Account Director

The right candidate would ideally

• Have previously account management experience
• Sales administration experience
• Strong time management and organisation skills
• Strong excel skills
• Be able to work on own initiative

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.45am to 5.15pm, Friday 8.45am to 4.00pm

Salary 24-25k (possibility to negotiable for the right candidate)

This role will be initially 3-6 month temporary with a possibility of going permanent in the future
