An exciting opportunity has arisen for a area concession manager to join a high street retailer located in the West Midlands area. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion retail and ready to take the next step in their career.The area concession manager will oversee and maximize sales within our network of concessions located in prominent high street stores across the Birmingham and West Midlands area. This dynamic, hands-on role involves stock management, visual merchandising, liaison with Head Office, and extensive travel within the region.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance sales across the region.Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).Conduct regular stock-taking, manage replenishments, and handle recalls.Ensure optimal stock levels to meet customer demand.Maintain high standards of visual merchandising consistently across all concessions.Execute visual merchandising that reflects the brand.Implement marketing campaigns and promotions in line with company guidelines.If you are passionate about fashion retail and possess the skills and experience we are looking for, we would love to hear from you!
