Sales Executive

£27K basic, uncapped commission (opporunity to double your basic salary), Permanent job, excellent benefits, HD6, M-Th 8.30am - 5pm & Friday 8.30am - 4pm

Job Purpose:

Due to a expansion our Brighouse based client are seeking a Sales Exective to join their team and drive sales growth for a product range by prospecting new business and lapsed clients.

Knowledge of Engineering or mechanical systems / processes is advantageous but not essential

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage customer relationships, increasing sales and profitability.
  • Use technical knowledge to provide product recommendations and solutions (this can be trained)
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and pipelines in CRM.
  • Respond to customer enquiries
  • Collaborate with internal teams
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years in sales or customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Full UK driving license.
Preferred Experience:
  • Knowledge of Engineering or mechanical systems / processes is advantageous but not essential
  • Experience in technical or marketing roles within related industries.
Key Competencies:
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to understand customer needs.
