This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to join the Private Banking Team, where you'll play an integral role in successfully enabling the operation to be a high performing team.

The nature of this role to provide an enhanced service to our Private Banking clients, ensuring that complex and high-value transactions are carried out quickly and smoothly on behalf of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a range of financial transactions and inquiries professionally and efficiently, primarily through email communication.
  • Effectively manage caseloads, ensuring timely completion of tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Prioritise workload effectively, ensuring that customer queries and concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Deliver an elevated level of service to clients, exceeding their expectations and building long-term professional relationships.
