A Brighton based law firm is seeking a legal cashier/accounts assistant on a permanent basis.
The role requires processing e-chits and ensuring all documentation for credits and debits is received.
This full-time, office-based position may offer hybrid working after successful completion of probation.
Candidates should have previous accounts or cashiering experience, preferably within a law firm.
The salary for this position is competitive, and applicants should have at least one year of relevant experience.

We are working alongside a Brighton based law firm and they are seeking a legal cashier/accounts assistant on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing all e-chits ensuring all documentation has been received for credits and debits. This is a fill time, office based role with the potential for hybrid working after successful completion of probation.

Daily duties will include advertising funds received, posting expenses, carrying out AML checks, assisting with billing as well as general queries regarding receipts and payments. You will work closely with the senior cashier and assist with the processing of credit card payments when necessary.

Applicants will have gained previous accounts/cashiering experience, preferable in the law firm. A professional and confident approach to work is paramount coupled with strong attention to detail.
