Customer Service Advisor
Our Client is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join their Customer Service team. You'll be the first point of contact for their customers with queries or questions on service and ensuring a smooth / positive experience throughout their journey.

Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, etc.
- Resolve issues related to accounts, billing, and service.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Welcome new clients and ensure they have all the information they need.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and expand client services (commission-earning!).
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to find solutions.
