Responsibilities of an Ecologist:

  • Conduct a variety of protected species surveys.
  • Prepare Phase 1 habitat reports and advise on Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG).
  • Write ecological reports including Preliminary Ecological Appraisals (PEAs), Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs), and Ecological Impact Assessments (ECIAs).

Requirements for the role of an Ecologist include:
