My clients team is expanding, and I am searching for an Administration Team Leader to help them maintain efficient office operations and ensure excellent customer service.
As an Administration Team Leader, you will play a vital role in managing our administrative functions. You will oversee a team of administrative assistants and collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Ideally someone who is analytical and will get the work done.
The Role: Administrator Team Leader
The Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00
Location: Brighton
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000
Job role
- Supervising and leading the administrative team, providing guidance, training, performance check-ins and support
- Overseeing office tasks such as customer & client calls, bookings & emails.
- Maintaining high levels of customer service through phone and email communications.
- Managing appointment scheduling and engineer calendars.
- Collaborating with different departments to facilitate effective cross-functional communication.
- Participating in team meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Managing office supplies and inventory.
- Creating and updating records and databases.
- Contributing to process improvement initiatives to enhance overall efficiency.
Candidate requirements:

Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.Strong leadership and organisational skills.

Excellent communication, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

Positive attitude and a team-oriented approach to work.
