My clients team is expanding, and I am searching for an Administration Team Leader to help them maintain efficient office operations and ensure excellent customer service.

As an Administration Team Leader, you will play a vital role in managing our administrative functions. You will oversee a team of administrative assistants and collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Ideally someone who is analytical and will get the work done.

The Role: Administrator Team Leader

The Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00

Location: Brighton

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000

Job role

  • Supervising and leading the administrative team, providing guidance, training, performance check-ins and support
  • Overseeing office tasks such as customer & client calls, bookings & emails.
  • Maintaining high levels of customer service through phone and email communications.
  • Managing appointment scheduling and engineer calendars.
  • Collaborating with different departments to facilitate effective cross-functional communication.
  • Participating in team meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Managing office supplies and inventory.
  • Creating and updating records and databases.
  • Contributing to process improvement initiatives to enhance overall efficiency.

Candidate requirements:

  • Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.Strong leadership and organisational skills.

  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

  • Positive attitude and a team-oriented approach to work.
