Job Title: Tax ManagerCompany Overview:Futures Recruitment is representing an award-winning and well-established client seeking a Corporate Tax Manager for their Tax Services Group in Brighton. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £60,000, depending on experience, along with various employee benefits. The company offers a CTA study package, on-the-job training and support, modern offices, and opportunities for career development.Key Responsibilities:- Advise and implement corporate recontructions, investor reliefs such as EIS/SEIS, and staff incentive schemes- Liaise and correspond with HMRC for clearance applications and enquiries- Draught reports and letters of advice for various tax advisory issues- Prepare calculations to support advice- Train and review the work of junior staff members- Provide support to Directors and Partners in the Tax Advisory Group- Engage in client liaison and attend meetings with other team membersRequired Skills and Qualifications:- CTA qualified or ACA/ACCA qualified- Working knowledge/experience with corporate tax- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Good IT skills- Excellent teamwork and organisational skills
