The HR Advisor will...

• Acting as the first point of contact for all day to day HR enquiries• Undertaking investigations as required, then preparing investigation reports to submit for both disciplinary and capability hearings• Maintaining digital copies of employee's records• Managing the full employee life cycle• Updating all HR systems with accuracy

The successful HR Advisor will have...

• Proven experience in a similar position, big part of the role is employee relations• Confident user of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint• Confident on the telephone and customer focused• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills• Able to work independently as well as part of a team• Can apply judgement in problem solving
