We are supporting a client based in Central Brighton with recruiting for a Legal Secretary on a permanent basis. The hours are Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week and paying a salary between £30k-£33k (DOE). This is a hybrid role working 4 days in the office and 1 day from home.

Duties will include:

  • Diary management for Associates and Partners
  • Assisting and supporting new and existing clients
  • Booking and arranging appointments
  • Various legal administration support duties as required

To be successful you must have previous legal experience with strong typing and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines, as you will be supporting Associates and Partners.

You must also have a professional telephone communication style, ideally with experience in using case management systems and strong IT knowledge (Microsoft packages). Previous experience with Family Law would be an advantage.
