Patient Bookings Administrator must ensure patients are accurately registered and processed on the system and have the ability to book and schedule appointments. You will be the first point of contact in a busy department. Previous Customer Service experience along with NHS experience would be desirable.

Required skills include:

You will need to be able to work alone and use your own initiative but also as part of a large team of admin staff across the Department.
