The Junior Supplier and Contracts Managerwill join a team of high-performing and motivated post-signature procurement professionals, responsible for driving and cultivating supplier relationship management for the organisation. The role will be focused on the delivery of organisational supplier management and contract management strategies, driving innovation, collaboration and mutual success with strategic supply chain partners.
Specific duties of the Junior Supplier and Contracts Manager:
- Relationship building activities with key suppliers
- Monitoring health of supplier relationship through the SRM and contract management framework
- Management and analysis of strategic supplier performance
- Manage supplier engagement surveys and be the "voice of the supplier" within the organisation
- Collaboration with stakeholders, and front-end procurement colleagues in sourcing and category management
- Support efforts to refine and improve supplier relationship management and contract management processes, tools and systems within the organisation
Junior Supplier and Contracts Manager applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Experience in, or desire to develop a career within a post-signature procurement role; supplier relationship management, SRM, vendor management or contracts management
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Knowledge of front-end procurement activity; procurement, sourcing, category management is advantageous
- Innovative, self-motivated and problem solving traits
