Are you a No2 Finance Lead? An FD of the future?

This company has grown so significantly that the Finance Director needs to split their role, creating a vacancy for a Group Financial Controller.

Your commercial-focussed finance experience, combined with a flair for finance business partnering management teams, will complement the Finance Director's technical strengths.

You'll also further develop and showcase your leadership skills by managing a growing team, soon to be ten members strong, including two qualified accountants.

Why this role?

This ambitious Group is experiencing rapid growth and transformation, which means you'll play a crucial part in shaping the future of the Finance function and strengthening its role in partnering with the business.

You'll gain hands-on experience as new systems are implemented, processes are streamlined, and automation is introduced to keep pace with expansion, heading towards a £100m turnover.

Mentorship & Development

Working closely with the Finance Director, a qualified Chartered Accountant, you'll receive valuable guidance and mentorship to sharpen your financial acumen and leadership capabilities.

What makes you stand out?

If you're a qualified finance professional with experience managing busy teams and a knack for finance business partnering, this role will give you the platform to truly shine. In this pivotal position, you'll collaborate with management teams to influence operational performance, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks.

Culture
