Job Description:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date Business Rates and BID Levy records, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.• Handle enquiries from the public, colleagues, and external organisations promptly and professionally, providing accurate advice and guidance.• Investigate and resolve queries related to Business Rates and BID Levy.• Liaise with external and internal partners and agencies to ensure accurate billing and collection of Business Rates and BID Levy.• Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify and rectify any discrepancies or errors in Business Rates and BID Levy records.• Stay updated with changes in legislation and regulations pertaining to Business Rates, ensuring accurate advice and compliance.• Communicating by telephone and digital channels.• Maintaining and balancing the Valuation Office Agency schedules.
