A service organisation based in central Bristol (offering hybrid working) is currently recruiting as Contracts Administrator to join their team.

Duties will include:
- Deal with incoming contractor queries such as new starters, compliance checks and payment dates
- Seek the information needed form the relevant department to solve the query
- Build relationships with contractors and agencies to ensure all processes run smoothly
- Inform contractors of new services being offered
- Chase missing documents
- Ask for recommendations and referrals
- Maintain excellent customer service at all times
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisation skills. The ability to solve queries and operate excel proficiently is also essential.
