This role is ideal for candidates with experience in mid-commercial to corporate insurance, particularly those who thrive in a hunting role. My client are looking for individuals who can drive new business development, grow a book and manage renewals and ensuring their clients receive exceptional service and support.Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Develop and grow a portfolio of commercial insurance business by identifying and retaining clients
  • Client Service Excellence: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of customer care and satisfaction
  • Quality and Accuracy: Drive quality, consistency, and accuracy in all aspects of the role to provide efficient service to clients and insurers.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and insurers to foster trust and collaboration.
  • Client Retention: Demonstrate excellent client retention skills, working proactively to keep clients engaged and expand business opportunities.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing clients.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed growth targets through a self-motivated and hardworking approach.
