About the Role
Are you passionate about designing, developing, and delivering cutting-edge product and support solutions across the Defence sector? As a Through Life Support Consultant, you will play a crucial role in optimising support strategies throughout the entire lifecycle of Defence equipment. From concept and design to in-service support and disposal, your expertise in Through Life Support (TLS) will shape innovative, data-driven solutions that enhance operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
路 Design and implement integrated support solutions across Defence domains.
路 Analyse and develop TLS strategies to optimise capability design and sustainment.
路 Deliver targeted support interventions to improve system performance.
路 Collaborate with data analysts to drive evidence-based decision-making.
路 Leverage digital tools and emerging technologies to enhance support solutions.
路 Work cross-functionally to improve support management processes.
路 Manage project scope, budget, and quality to ensure client satisfaction.
路 Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, acting with integrity.
路 Support governance structures and contribute to high-level discussions.
路 Provide leadership, mentorship, and line management for junior consultants.
路 Continuously enhance internal TLS capabilities and drive performance excellence.
路 Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices.
Skills
路 Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
路 Proven experience in Defence capability and acquisition.
路 Expertise in Integrated Product Support (IPS) and Integrated Logistic Support (ILS).
路 In-depth understanding of the Support Solution Envelope (SSE) and Support Solution Development Tool (SSDT).
路 Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams across multiple organisations.
路 Knowledge of Portfolio, Programme & Project Management and Strategic Asset Management.
