Are you a Data Consulting Senior Manager with a defence background and DV security clearance?

Sopra Steria Consulting is growing significantly and at pace this year. Our Consulting Practice designs, develops and deploys digital solutions that bring clients enduring business value across the UK’s Public and Private sectors. Our rapidly growing Consulting practice provides business, technology and data driven transformation services to clients and in support of wider Sopra Steria business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-oriented individual to take a leading role in the transformation of some of the largest and most significant clients in the Defence and Secure Government sectors.

This is hybrid working, you would be required to attend client sites which would mainly be based in the South, Southwest area of England 2 - 3 times a week, so this would need to be easily commutable for you, also internal key meetings and training at one of our offices.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Developing and expanding data-driven transformation services into clients.
  • Leading development of deliverable value propositions that meet client needs.
  • Providing sound and trusted advice to clients.
  • Identify, develop and capture consulting opportunities.
  • Drawing on your depth of experience to allow clients to re-imagine their future to remain ahead of the data curve.
  • Guiding and supporting the winning and delivery of data-focused work, whilst also building a pipeline of future account growth.
  • Delivering significant data projects, achieving revenue targets with high levels of customer satisfaction.

What you’ll bring;

  • Degree equivalent experience, typically in Business, Information Technology or Engineering (includes appropriate apprenticeships).
  • In depth experience of working in IT Transformation projects programmes comprising complex systems, data & analytics, or digital apps.
  • An outstanding track-record and recognised expertise in Data-Driven Transformation.
  • Previous experience of delivering multi-million pound data-focused projects and programmes.
  • Demonstrable ability to analyse complex processes and develop strategic plans for Data and AI implementation.
  • UKIC DV clearance (preferred) or MOD DV clearance (maybe considered depending on skills and experience).

It would be great if you had;

  • PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent.
  • ITIL v3 or above.
  • Experience of SAFe, IT4IT, TOGAF.
