Sales Director

Are you a Sales Director from a technical B2B background looking to take the next step in their career, joining an ambitious company with a clear growth plan. This role operates at board level with scope for future progression.

The position will be a combination of hands on high level B2B sales, managing a small sales and marketing team, and sales strategy.

This company are well established, working within multiple sectors within the Construction industry. Due to growth they are looking to bring an experienced Sales and Marketing Director who has experience working in b2b sales at a senior level to help drive business growth both nationally and internationally.

In this role you will be tasked with implementing a sales and marketing strategy to increase growth and profitability within the business. You will operate at board level responsible for overseeing sales and marketing teams, building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients by networking at director / board level and implementing pricing strategies to increase profitability.

The Role
1. Leadership - Overseeing Sales and marketing teams implementing strategies to increase profitability
2. Business Development - Create strong relationships at board / Director level with key clients to increase business
3. Collaborate with multiple departments ensuring clear communication between teams
4. Operate at board level and have involvement with executing the year growth plan
5. Full time permanent position based in Bristol with national and international travel

The Person
1. Worked at board level -both reporting to the board and dealing with businesses at board level
2. B2B technical Sales experience ideally worked for a medium sized company
3. Highly motivated ambitious individual who has passion for overseeing growth within businesses
4. Based within an hour of Bristol - willing to travel as and when required either nationally or internationally
5. Demonstrable evidence on the CV of success in assisting in the growth of a company
