We're partnered with a dynamic, fast-growing company seeking a Business Development Representative to join their sales team. It is a crucial role for the business as they are looking to expand their presence across the EMEA and APAC regions.


In this role, youll be at the forefront of generating new business opportunities, using both personalised outreach and automated sequences to engage with key prospects. Youll have the opportunity to own and grow your niche market globally, becoming a go-to expert for your customer segment. What You'll Do:


  • Lead Generation:Identify, research, and engage with potential clients across EMEA and APAC.
  • Personalised Outreach:Craft and send tailored messages via email, LinkedIn, and phone to connect with decision-makers.
  • Automated Sequences:Leverage tools like Hubspot to efficiently manage lead generation and follow structured outreach processes.
  • Client Engagement:Qualify leads, converting them into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), and collaborate with the team to drive best practices and insights.
  • Multi-Channel Mastery:Balance direct outreach with the use of marketing automation to drive leads at scale.


What Were Looking For:


  • B2B Sales Experience:Proven experience in BDR or similar roles, preferably in SaaS or technology.
  • Communication Skills:Strong written and verbal communication to engage potential clients.
  • CRM Savvy:Proficient in using CRM systems like Hubspot to track and optimize outreach efforts.
  • Multi-Channel Strategy:Experience or a willingness to learn effective outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Time Management:Ability to work across different time zones and manage a balanced workload.
