We are looking for a Customer Success Executive based in Bristol, or near, to join a PropTech client of ours, offering a salary up to £32,000 per annum. If you have experience managing the conveyancing/sales process within property, within mortgages or similar, then this could be a great fit for you. The right person for the role will be responsible for managing new clients that need to be onboarded, then continuing the relationships long-term.
The role of Customer Success Executive involves:
- Managing the onboarding of new customers to the platform.
- Ensuring contracts and documents are completed in a timely manner.
- Keeping the customers informed of any new changes or updates.
- Continuing to manage the ongoing customer relationship.
- Offering new and additional products or services to customers.
- Having a strong working relationship with the sales team.
For the Customer Success Executive, you need:
- Previous estate agency, real estate, mortgages or legal experience.
- Must love speaking to new people and building relationships.
