OVERVIEWTo service inbound survey quotes and instructions, converting quotes into instructions and processing the associated internal admin and reporting.

DUTIES

• Calling conveyancing leads to talk through survey options
• Taking customers through the survey options and converting into sales
• Hitting daily call targets
• Allocate the survey instruction to the available surveyor
• Communicate with customers on survey dates
• Monitor the completion of scheduled surveys
• Daily, weekly reporting on your survey work and revenues
• Providing additional support/cover for other member of the Surveys service team when needed

SKILLS REQUIRED

• IT Literate to a good standard
• Competent in Microsoft Office
• 3 years experience in a similar customer service role
• Excellent understanding of customer service standards
• Excellent telephone manner
