Requirement for a contracts manager to join a busy student accommodation provider in their Bristol office. The company have grown within the last few years picking up more work. The projects are typically up to 10million and include all aspects of student accommodation, build, refurbishment and maintenance.
The role is an immediate requirement (Although for the right individual notice periods etc can be adhered too) The contracts typically work within an hour of Bristol although due to clients asking them to work further afield they have done.
This is a contracts manager role and an individual must be able to look after 3 - 5 projects at least, client facing, budgets, design and the like. Ideally someone who has already worked in the student accommodation field and unders the process and requirements.
