Overview:We are seeking an experienced and qualified Conveyancer (Level 6 and upwards) to join our dynamic team in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with experience in either residential conveyancing, commercial property, or both, looking for a role offering flexible working, including both full-time and part-time options. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload from start to finish, handling up to 50 files and ensuring efficient, digital management of cases.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of residential and/or commercial conveyancing matters, handling around 50 files at various stages.
Deal with transactions from instruction to completion, including sales, purchases, remortgages, leases, and more.
Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring excellent service and strong client relationships.
Manage a small team of 2 staff, ensuring smooth and efficient case progression.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Effectively manage time and priorities to meet deadlines.

Qualifications and Experience:

Qualified Conveyancer (Level 6 or higher), such as a licensed conveyancer, solicitor, or legal executive.
Significant experience in either residential or commercial conveyancing, or both.
Proven ability to handle a full caseload of files from start to finish.
Strong technical knowledge of property law and conveyancing processes.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Working Arrangement:

Flexible working options available (part-time, full-time, or 4-5 days in the office).
Competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000, based on experience, with performance-based bonuses.
