Opportunity: Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer / Fee-Earning Paralegal

Location: BristolSalary: Up to £50,000 (DOE)

A well-established and forward-thinking law firm is looking for an experienced conveyancer to join its growing property team. This is an opportunity to handle high-quality work in a supportive and flexible environment that genuinely values work/life balance.

The Role:

You will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. The firm is committed to a client-focused approach, ensuring transactions are handled efficiently while maintaining excellent service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Running a full conveyancing caseload of approximately 30 files from instruction to completion
  • Conducting title investigations and preparing legal documents
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements
  • Working collaboratively within the wider property team

What We Are Looking For:

  • A qualified Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, or experienced Fee-Earning Paralegal
  • Proven experience managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently
  • Strong technical knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
