Opportunity: Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer / Fee-Earning Paralegal

Location: Bristol
Salary: Up to 50,000 (DOE)

A well-established and forward-thinking law firm is looking for an experienced conveyancer to join its growing property team. This is an opportunity to handle high-quality work in a supportive and flexible environment that genuinely values work/life balance.

The Role:

You will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. The firm is committed to a client-focused approach, ensuring transactions are handled efficiently while maintaining excellent service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Running a full conveyancing caseload of approximately 30 files from instruction to completion
Conducting title investigations and preparing legal documents
Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties
Ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements
Working collaboratively within the wider property team

What We Are Looking For:

A qualified Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, or experienced Fee-Earning Paralegal
Proven experience managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently
Strong technical knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
