The Role

As a Residential Property Conveyancer, you will:

Manage your own caseload of residential transactions, including shared ownership, leasehold, new-builds, and remortgages.
Handle property matters from post-quotation through to post-completion.
Work with a high proportion of London and South East properties.
Operate within a 7-person team, ensuring efficiency and excellent client service.
Thrive in an email-driven environment, responding quickly and accurately.

The Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Qualification as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEX Legal Executive.
Experience managing residential property transactions independently from start to finish.
Strong technical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent email communication skills - fast, responsive, and efficient.
Minimum BBB at A-Level.
