Your role will be pivotal in redefining and running a service that meets the constantly evolving demands of today’s environment. What you will be doing:

  • Develop and implement an innovative end-to-end Service Continuity approach, encompassing Business Continuity, Management and IT Disaster Recovery.
  • Maintain and test our Business Continuity and IT DR capabilities to make sure they are always up-to-date and effective.
  • Work closely with partners and delivery teams to ensure detailed execution of our BC & IT DR framework.
  • Give to the development and enhancement of our System (BCMS) and provide strategic solutions to mitigate risks.
  • Play a crucial role in Corporate Crisis Management by developing robust procedures and leading crisis management teams when needed.

What you will bring:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience supporting complex businesses in a similar role.
