How you'll make an impact

This exciting role involves extensive customer-facing work across credit control and process improvement. You will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Managing the credit control process, ensuring payments are collected efficiently.
Conducting credit risk assessments and setting appropriate credit limits.
Resolving customer queries and disputes to facilitate smooth payments.
Using your finance knowledge to suggest process improvements and automation opportunities.
Working closely with internal teams to streamline credit management procedures.
Maintaining accurate records of customer accounts and payment schedules.
Providing training and guidance to internal stakeholders on credit control best practices.
