Signature Recruitment have partnered with a well-established mutual society to recruit a Complaints Advisor to join their team on a full-time basis. This role is based in the heart of Bristol, with the option for hybrid working.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing complaints efficiently and ensuring adherence to regulatory timescales.
- Investigating and making informed decisions on complaints to achieve fair outcomes for both customers and the company.
- Escalating vulnerable customer cases and providing inclusive and supportive resolutions.
- Reviewing call trends and ensuring that customer service advisors meet quality and compliance standards.
- Reporting and maintaining MI for complaints and vulnerable customer cases.
- Striving to improve FOS upheld rates and continuously learning from both overturned and upheld decisions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in handling high-level complaints within a regulated environment and working with vulnerable customers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to manage complex cases effectively.
