Signature Recruitment have partnered with a well-established mutual society to recruit a Complaints Advisor to join their team on a full-time basis. This role is based in the heart of Bristol, with the option for hybrid working.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing complaints efficiently and ensuring adherence to regulatory timescales.
  • Investigating and making informed decisions on complaints to achieve fair outcomes for both customers and the company.
  • Escalating vulnerable customer cases and providing inclusive and supportive resolutions.
  • Reviewing call trends and ensuring that customer service advisors meet quality and compliance standards.
  • Reporting and maintaining MI for complaints and vulnerable customer cases.
  • Striving to improve FOS upheld rates and continuously learning from both overturned and upheld decisions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in handling high-level complaints within a regulated environment and working with vulnerable customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to manage complex cases effectively.
