Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with a leading automotive organisation, with the appointment of a Customer Service Advisor to join their team.As an Online Customer Guide, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping them find the right solutions and guiding them towards booking appointments. You will ensure a first-class service to customers and identifying any further opportunities.Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging with customers via online chat or phone to understand their needs.
- Collecting important details and updating our sales system with accurate information.
- Delivering fantastic customer service and ensuring every interaction is a positive one.
- Collaborating with the sales team to turn enquiries into scheduled appointments.
About you:
- Retail, hospitality and customer service experience required.
- Perfect for individuals looking for their first office role!
Extra Details:
- Flexibility to work within a rotating schedule, shift patterns: 08:00-17:00; 09:00-18:00; split shifts 10:00-14:00 in office, then 18:00-21:00 at home. 1-2 weekends per month.
- Commission each month, up to £450 per month.
