We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (Data) to join our client in the Bristol area, the Business Analyst (Data) will earn £40,000 depending on the candidate + benefits. The ideal Business Analyst (Data) would have 3+ years of experience though personality and competence is key. Initially, the Business Analyst (Data) would be expected to be on site 4 days per week, with 1 day WFH; with the hybrid becoming more flexible for the Business Analyst (Data) passing probation.
Key Experience:
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business functions to identify opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency gains.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and facilitate communication between business teams and the technical department.
- Participate in workshops and meetings to gather requirements and provide insights into process enhancements.
- Support data analysis activities to optimise business processes and identify areas for growth and operational improvements.
- Help implement changes within the business, including contributing to change management and training initiatives.
- Support testing of system changes and provide training to end-users on new procedures and systems with testing including data verification within the database environments.
- Work in an evolving agile environment, contributing to agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Data Relationships within MS SQL. (Basic SQL)
Desirable Experience:
- Understanding of Complex Database structures and MS SQL.
- Understanding of work flow management and automation of business processes
- LLM, Generative and ML
