Are you ready to make a significant impact in the utilities industry? We are seeking a dynamic Senior Administrator to join our team in Avonmouth, Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency and supporting our sales team.

What You'll Do:

As a Senior Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Administrative Excellence: Manage daily operations, oversee order fulfilment, and analyse shortfalls and statistics.
  • Communication Hub: Act as the main point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Generate reports to support strategic decisions while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Financial Administration: Verify customer purchase orders and liaise with finance on overdue accounts.
  • Supply Chain Support: Assist in stock management and collaborate with account managers on inventory reviews.

  • Strong background in administration with excellent organisational skills.
  • Basic understanding of the clothing and PPE industry (training provided).
