Red Recruitment is recruiting a Personal Assistant in Bristol City Centre to join our client, one of the South West's largest independent insurance brokers.

They are looking for a Personal Assistant to work with the Managing Director on a part time basis, 2/3 days per week. The salary for this position is £30,000 - £35,000 pro rata.

To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience as a Personal Assistant and have excellent organisational and communication skills.

Benefits and Package for a Personal Assistant:

  • Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 pro rata
  • Hours: Part-time, 2/3 days (Tuesday and Friday, the 3rd day is up to you to decide)
  • Contract Type: Permanent
  • Location: Bristol City Centre

Key Responsibilities of a Personal Assistant:

  • Being responsible for the diary management of the Managing Director
  • Planning meetings on behalf of the Managing Director
  • Completing a range of administrative tasks
  • Attending meetings and completing the minute-taking
  • Booking travel and accommodation when necessary
  • Acting as office manager, ensuring the office is running smoothly (ordering supplies etc)

Key Skills and Experience of a Personal Assistant:

  • Experience as a Personal Assistant is a must
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills is required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Being able to minute take is ideal
  • Previous experience as an Office Manager is advantageous but not essential
